About This Position

Position Description:

Are you a data-driven HR technology expert who enjoys turning systems into strategic tools?

We’re seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless HR operations. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT—helping drive efficiency, insights, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Process new hires and ensure accurate, timely setup across HRIS and connected systems.
  • Enter, update, and audit employee data to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Provide first-level system support by troubleshooting HRIS issues and assisting users with HR technology.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, system reporting tools) to support HR, TA, and business leaders.
  • Deliver actionable insights on workforce trends, including hiring, retention, turnover, EEO, and compliance metrics.
  • Manage employee workflows (onboarding, status changes, benefits updates) to ensure accurate and timely HR actions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and partner with IT and vendors to resolve system gaps.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of HR technology platforms.
  • Develop training materials and educate staff on effective use of HR systems.
  • Maintain centralized, accurate electronic employee records and documentation.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology (required)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and the employee lifecycle (required)
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Ready (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SQL (preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
