The Revenue Growth Analyst plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by combining pricing strategy, product costing, and commercial finance analytics. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to ensure pricing, margin, and product decisions are supported by strong financial insight and cost transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue, Margin & Cost Analytics
- Analyze revenue, margin, and cost drivers across products, customers, and channels.
- Perform Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis and margin bridge reporting, including cost impacts.
- Monitor gross margin performance and identify margin leakage related to pricing, cost changes, or mix.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with detailed margin and cost visibility.
Pricing, RGM & Costing Support
- Support development and maintenance of pricing models incorporating raw materials, labor, overhead, and freight.
- Evaluate pricing actions including price increases, reformulations, and sourcing alternatives.
- Analyze the impact of cost changes (raw materials, overhead, co-manufacturing, logistics) on pricing and profitability.
- Support price lists, customer pricing, and ad-hoc commercial analyses.
Costing & R&D Partnership
- Partner with R&D and Operations on new product development (NPD), reformulations, and line extensions.
- Evaluate the financial impact of ingredient changes, yield improvements, and formulation updates.
- Provide cost visibility and margin guidance to support product commercialization decisions.
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Partner with Sales to assess deal profitability and customer economics.
- Support customer negotiations through scenario modeling and margin impact analysis.
- Conduct post-deal and post-launch performance reviews.
- Prepare dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ensure cost, pricing, and margin data integrity across ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Improve reporting automation and analytical workflows.
- Support master data accuracy related to BOMs, routings, and pricing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Costing, FP&A, or Pricing.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of product costing and gross margin drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to produce decision-ready analyses.
- Strong communication skills with non-finance partners across Sales, Operations, and R&D.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CPG, Ingredients, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with BOMs, standard costing, and R&D stage-gate processes.
- ERP experience (SAP, Business Central, S2K, or similar).
- Power BI or Tableau experience.
- Familiarity with price elasticity, trade spend, and customer profitability analysis.
