Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both remote (outbound) and in-person (outside) sales activities, identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business clients within the OKC Metro for our professional services and consulting offerings. You will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by targeting local businesses and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective local business clients.
- Conduct in-person visits and meetings with prospective local business clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Present and promote Brokkr Labs' consulting services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound and outside sales, preferably in the technology consulting or professional services industry.
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions, devops, and related technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must live within commuting distance to Norman, OK.

The pay range for this role is:
15 - 25 USD per hour(US)
