This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and gaming, leading analytics across a portfolio of high-scale live service titles with millions of players worldwide. You will manage and grow a team of embedded analysts, helping them deliver faster, sharper, and more decision-focused insights to product teams. The position is highly strategic, combining hands-on analytical leadership with the design of scalable frameworks, tooling, and experimentation standards. You will play a key role in shaping how data drives product decisions across multiple games in a fast-paced, creative environment. Working closely with product managers and game leadership, you will ensure analytics directly influences gameplay, engagement, and monetization outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about building strong teams, improving analytical rigor, and modernizing data practices in a live-service context.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of analysts embedded across multiple game titles, ensuring strong performance, growth, and consistency in output quality.
- Define and own the centralized analytics roadmap, including tooling, instrumentation, automation, and data enablement initiatives.
- Partner closely with product managers and game teams to prioritize analytics work aligned with product roadmaps and live operations needs.
- Establish best practices in experimentation, A/B testing governance, telemetry design, and data storytelling to improve decision-making quality.
- Drive automation of reporting and expand self-serve analytics capabilities through modern data tools and AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure delivery of clear, actionable insights that are trusted by game leadership and influence product direction.
- Build and scale knowledge-sharing systems, including documentation standards, reusable frameworks, and cross-title analytical learnings.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, including at least 2+ years in a people leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of developing analysts and elevating team performance and analytical rigor.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including hypothesis design, statistical validation, and executive-level communication of insights.
- Advanced SQL skills and solid experience with modern data stacks (data warehousing, BI tools, and analytics engineering practices).
- Deep understanding of live service or consumer product metrics, including retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs.
- Strong point of view on AI and automation in analytics, with demonstrated ability to implement or scale such solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in gaming, mobile F2P, or UGC platforms is a strong plus, along with familiarity with tools such as dbt and Python.
