The Client Success Manager will manage a high-volume portfolio of emerging accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the client lifecycle.

You will guide clients through adoption strategies, performance reporting, issue resolution, renewals, and product expansion opportunities.
Working closely with teams across sales, operations, product, marketing, analytics, and clinical functions, you will help deliver measurable impact for clients and their members.

The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of emerging accounts, driving engagement, retention, satisfaction, and long-term client value. This role combines strategic account management with operational execution, requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of 150+ emerging and small business accounts, developing a deep understanding of client goals, enrollment strategies, and success metrics.
- Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders by providing strategic guidance and recommending best practices to maximize program adoption and impact.
- Become a subject matter expert on available solutions, services, and client resources to confidently advise customers and address product-related questions.
- Drive enrollment and engagement initiatives by supporting effective communication strategies designed to achieve annual adoption goals.
- Create and deliver recurring performance reports, transforming program data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support client decision-making.
- Manage escalations proactively by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Develop strategic account plans that support retention, renewal success, and continued client growth.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and ensure clients leverage the full range of available solutions.
- Develop client advocates by creating opportunities for testimonials, references, and marketing collaborations.
- Contribute to team-wide improvements by sharing best practices, improving processes, and identifying opportunities to manage accounts more efficiently at scale.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven and analytical customer success professional with experience managing multiple accounts while delivering measurable business results. This person combines strong communication skills, operational discipline, and strategic thinking to support clients in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing small business or emerging account portfolios with measurable success in adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with stakeholders at different levels and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and client-facing business recommendations using Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Analytics, or Clinical functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment.
- Experience in digital health, healthcare, employee benefits, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience turning satisfied customers into advocates through references, testimonials, case studies, or marketing initiatives is a plus.
