The Senior Manager, Delivery Management role is responsible for leading complex delivery initiatives and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
This position combines strategic oversight, operational leadership, and client engagement to drive projects from planning through completion.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide delivery teams, optimize resources, and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager, Delivery Management leads project delivery operations by coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives. This role focuses on driving accountability, improving delivery performance, and maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead and support delivery managers, professional staff, and project teams to ensure effective collaboration, performance, and achievement of objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring milestones are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budget expectations.
  • Manage delivery schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to optimize team capacity and project outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate communication between delivery teams and clients to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, costs, profitability, and variance reporting.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and roadblocks while coordinating appropriate escalation and support processes.
  • Manage relationships and performance of third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, helping teams adopt effective practices and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong delivery leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of business acumen, operational expertise, and team leadership capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in project delivery, program management, client services, or related functions.
  • 2–4 years of experience leading teams, managers, or professional staff.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex delivery requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, drive resolution, and manage escalations effectively.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, partners, or subcontractors is preferred.
  • Ability to work in environments requiring compliance with U.S. export control regulations and obtain necessary authorizations when applicable.
