You will collaborate with engineering, UX, product teams, and business stakeholders to transform AI concepts into scalable, responsible, and impactful solutions.
The role focuses on understanding customer needs, driving adoption, and ensuring AI capabilities improve outcomes for healthcare providers and their users.

Accountabilities:

The Principal Product Manager - AI Models is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for AI model capabilities within a broader AI platform. This role combines product vision, customer understanding, technical collaboration, and business leadership to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and healthcare industry needs.

  • Define and execute AI model product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps that support broader AI platform objectives.
  • Understand and represent the needs of users, providers, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure AI solutions address real-world challenges.
  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into prioritized product initiatives that drive measurable outcomes and increase product value.
  • Partner with engineering, user experience, technical writing, and product teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
  • Lead product discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement processes using agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Champion responsible AI practices by ensuring solutions align with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product adoption, implementation, and customer engagement.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to executive stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Inspire and motivate teams by providing clear direction, removing obstacles, and driving alignment across complex initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, market trends, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve product offerings.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI, healthcare technology, and building complex solutions from strategy through execution. This individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale product initiatives.
  • Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building, launching, and managing sophisticated products with strong user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, AI development processes, and the application of AI within products.
  • Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and technical teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while operating effectively in complex and evolving environments.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and healthcare-related regulatory considerations.
  • Experience in health technology, healthcare software, or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
