Senior Creative Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Designer based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership creative role focused on shaping how a growing performance advertising business presents itself across marketing, sales, and customer experiences.
You’ll combine creative strategy, visual storytelling, and hands-on execution to strengthen brand consistency and elevate the quality of every customer touchpoint.
The role spans websites, campaigns, presentations, content, social, sales enablement, video, motion, and digital experiences.
You’ll translate complex advertising, data, measurement, and product concepts into compelling and accessible visual stories.
Working closely with marketing, sales, product, client success, and leadership teams, you’ll help turn business objectives into effective creative solutions.
You’ll also introduce scalable systems, templates, external resources, and AI-assisted workflows that allow a lean team to move faster without sacrificing quality.
This opportunity is ideal for a multidimensional designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys owning work from the initial brief through final delivery.

Accountabilities
  • Translate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity into distinctive creative experiences across marketing, sales, customer, and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual system across typography, imagery, illustration, data visualization, motion, video, presentations, and digital experiences.
  • Establish practical templates, guidelines, and asset libraries that improve consistency and enable teams to work more efficiently.
  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, vertical initiatives, customer stories, and demand-generation programs.
  • Turn business objectives, audience insights, and messaging into creative that performs effectively across paid, owned, social, email, website, event, and sales channels.
  • Design and enhance website pages, landing pages, and email experiences within Webflow, with attention to usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and conversion.
  • Create presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials, sell sheets, one-pagers, and other customer-facing collateral.
  • Transform complex advertising, measurement, product, and data concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, frameworks, and data visualizations.
  • Develop video concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction for brand, product, customer, and executive content.
  • Create or edit lightweight motion and video assets when appropriate and manage external production partners for larger projects.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for ideation, imagery, presentations, video, prototyping, editing, versioning, and production while maintaining strong creative judgment.
  • Own assignments from brief through final delivery, managing requirements, timelines, stakeholder feedback, revisions, and production details.
  • Balance multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize requests according to business value, urgency, and available capacity.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and external production resources as needed while building efficient creative processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Identify recurring creative needs that can be transformed into scalable templates, systems, or self-service resources.
  • Help establish a dependable creative ecosystem that reduces unnecessary agency reliance and enables stronger, faster execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve briefs, strengthen creative concepts, and deliver work that supports measurable business goals.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, visual, multidisciplinary, or related creative design roles.
  • Meaningful in-house experience, ideally within a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, advertising technology, or marketing technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a highly accountable designer within a lean, fast-moving organization.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social, and sales enablement.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex products, data, technical concepts, and business messages.
  • Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working capability in motion design, video editing, storyboarding, or related multimedia production.
  • Experience managing projects from initial brief through final production and delivery.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to receive direct feedback, collaborate across functions, and confidently explain the creative rationale behind design decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to personally execute both high-profile creative projects and everyday production work.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, Gamma, or comparable platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve ideation, imagery, presentations, video, prototyping, versioning, or production workflows.
  • Sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated content, with the ability to recognize generic, inaccurate, off-brand, or inappropriate outputs.
  • Willingness to continuously test emerging creative technologies and develop practical workflows that improve speed, quality, and creative range.
  • Hands-on Webflow experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with CTV, streaming video, performance advertising, or adtech is a plus.
  • Motion, animation, video editing, or production/shoot-direction experience is advantageous.
  • Experience managing freelancers or external creative and production partners is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative testing, versioning, performance data, copywriting, headline development, or verbal brand development is a plus.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Company offsites and team gatherings.
  • Opportunity to make a significant creative impact within a rapidly growing performance advertising business.
  • Broad creative ownership spanning brand, campaigns, digital experiences, content, sales materials, video, and emerging AI-powered workflows.
  • Opportunity to establish scalable creative systems and help shape the visual direction of a growing organization.
