The Brand & Marketing Operations Associate will serve as a key operational partner supporting brand, marketing strategy, and communications initiatives.
This role connects creative, product, sales, digital, legal, finance, and external vendor teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
You’ll help manage day-to-day marketing operations while ensuring customer-facing materials consistently meet brand standards.
The position combines project coordination, asset management, vendor support, financial administration, and hands-on execution.
You’ll have visibility across a broad range of initiatives, from branded events and consumer research to digital assets and marketing programs.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working across multiple priorities.

- Serve as an operational liaison between creative teams, product managers, sales, digital/UX, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide day-to-day operational support across Brand, Marketing, and Communications initiatives, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Coordinate practical marketing requirements such as vanity URLs, QR codes, branded events, consumer insights activities, focus groups, licensing rights, and related logistics.
- Act as a brand advocate by conducting quality-control reviews to ensure customer-facing materials and initiatives remain consistent with established brand standards.
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library, including logos, templates, imagery, videos, and other approved brand materials, ensuring teams can easily locate and use current assets.
- Manage departmental financial and contracting operations, including budgets, contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
- Support Brand and Program Management teams in streamlining workflows, resolving operational challenges, and accelerating project delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are clearly managed.
- Maintain organized documentation, dashboards, spreadsheets, databases, and digital file structures to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales, project management, account management, or a comparable business environment.
- Demonstrated comfort using digital tools for productivity, collaboration, and project management, including spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, digital asset structures, and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, initiative, and a demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts is preferred.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Coupa, Jira, and/or Monday.com is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining accountability for assigned deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- Base salary: $104,800–$154,000 USD annually, with actual pay varying based on location and other relevant factors.
- Eligibility for a bonus in addition to base compensation.
