This role will drive joint marketing growth with Global Systems Integrator partners, translating strategic priorities into impactful go-to-market programs. You will develop integrated campaigns that increase awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen joint market positioning. The position combines partner marketing, content development, events, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You will work closely with sales, field marketing, alliances, marketing operations, and regional teams to ensure programs are aligned and measurable. You will also create compelling co-branded assets that showcase customer success and differentiate joint solutions in the market. This is an opportunity for a collaborative, data-driven marketer to influence growth across complex global partner ecosystems.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with key GSI partners to increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline for joint solutions and offerings.
- Plan and support joint events, webinars, executive engagements, and other partner activities aligned with go-to-market priorities.
- Create and manage co-branded marketing assets, including case studies, solution briefs, enablement materials, and customer success content.
- Develop compelling content that communicates joint value propositions, market differentiation, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with global and regional partner teams to activate go-to-market strategies through events, content, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing teams to execute joint marketing plays and ensure performance is tracked effectively.
- Manage program budgets and spend while monitoring key performance indicators, campaign results, and return on investment.
- Work with Marketing Operations to measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize future initiatives.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with strategic partners, ensuring activities, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Support continuous improvement of partner marketing programs by using performance data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategies and execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B partner marketing or alliance marketing experience, with experience supporting Global Systems Integrators strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute joint marketing plans, co-marketing programs, and co-selling initiatives.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, alliances, field marketing, marketing operations, and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, partners, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling, and partner-ready marketing materials.
- Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, organizational levels, and time zones.
- Comfortable interacting with a broad range of sales stakeholders, including sales representatives, technical consultants, regional managers, and senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign and pipeline data to evaluate performance, demonstrate ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing processes, marketing automation, and digital marketing systems.
- Familiarity with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies is a plus.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable turning marketing strategy into practical execution.
