Manager, ECM Ops & Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, ECM Ops & Analytics based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, customer marketing, analytics, and business strategy.
You will partner with eCommerce and Customer Marketing Operations teams to standardize reporting and turn complex data into actionable business insights.
The role will help business units identify growth opportunities across retailers, categories, customers, and digital channels.
You will connect leading and lagging performance indicators to improve decision-making and communicate the impact of eCommerce investments.
You’ll also influence planning cycles by integrating performance trends, spend data, forecasting, and return-on-investment analysis into broader business routines.
Success requires strong analytical judgment, excellent storytelling, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, highly organized analytics leader who enjoys transforming data into clear actions and measurable commercial results.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with eCommerce and Customer Marketing Operations teams to support business units in achieving and exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Own performance reporting and analysis across established business routines, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable business-unit views.
  • Analyze retailer- and category-level performance to identify the largest eCommerce growth opportunities and translate findings into recommended actions.
  • Support customer and category-level targets by coordinating action plans, tracking outcomes, and communicating results back to business units.
  • Connect leading and lagging indicators to clearly explain performance drivers and enable stronger, data-informed decisions.
  • Monitor competitor, customer, category, and market trends to identify shifts that may affect business performance and surface relevant opportunities or risks.
  • Create compelling visuals, dashboards, and presentations that communicate eCommerce and customer marketing performance to business-unit and executive audiences.
  • Standardize reporting processes and integrate business-unit reporting into recurring customer marketing routines, helping teams move from reporting to action.
  • Streamline performance trends and business-unit insights into annual and forward-looking planning processes.
  • Track customer marketing spend and integrate investment data into forecasting and planning activities.
  • Analyze the estimated return on customer marketing investments and communicate how specific tactics and customer activities contribute to overall brand performance.
  • Support the collection and standardization of incremental return data across customers, tactics, and business units.
  • Represent broader analytics and operations teams during key planning cycles and milestone discussions with senior leaders.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards for accuracy, organization, and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in CPG, particularly within Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, Consumer Insights, eCommerce, or a closely related commercial function.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience developing performance reporting, business analysis, or data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to build complex reporting and analysis using multiple datasets.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge is preferred, with the ability to work effectively with structured data and analytical datasets.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics, customer strategy, business planning, and commercial performance drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect consumer or customer insights with broader business goals and translate data into practical actions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analytical findings into compelling executive-level stories.
  • Proven experience developing presentations using clear storytelling frameworks and representing a broader team in meetings with senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across business units, customer teams, and functional groups.
  • Ownership mentality, particularly around performance, data quality, internal collaboration, and planning.
  • Strategic, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail and a passion for high performance and digital growth.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, managing pressure, and navigating ambiguity.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 USD, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and internal equity.
  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
  • Affordable healthcare coverage for employees and eligible dependents, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans.
  • Access to health screenings and assessments.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and leave programs.
  • Flexible work arrangements for eligible employees.
  • Training, learning, professional development, and recognition programs.
  • Employee Assistance Program and broader wellbeing resources.
  • Family support programs.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
  • Short- and long-term disability benefits.
  • Physical, social, emotional, and financial wellbeing programs for employees and their families.
  • Remote work opportunity based from a home location in the United States.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diverse perspectives, professional growth, and employee development.
