This role sits at the heart of a high-growth SaaS marketing organization, focused on driving pipeline and revenue through data-driven demand generation strategies for mid-market audiences. You will design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that connect marketing activity directly to sales outcomes, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition. Working closely with sales, SDRs, and cross-functional marketing teams, you will help shape how prospects engage across the funnel—from first touch to MQL handoff. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly experimental, encouraging continuous testing, learning, and optimization. You will also play a key role in webinars, events, email nurture programs, and campaign analytics to improve performance. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline growth in the mid-market segment. This includes end-to-end campaign ownership and close collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on mid-market new logo acquisition
- Plan and manage integrated marketing programs across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and events
- Build and optimize email nurture flows to convert top-of-funnel leads into MQLs for SDR handoff
- Lead webinar programs, including speaker coordination, promotion strategy, scheduling, and live execution
- Support field events and conferences, including pre-event promotion and post-event engagement follow-up
- Partner with SDR and sales teams to align on campaign performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Analyze funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and pipeline performance to inform strategy and reporting
- Document campaign processes, insights, and workflows to ensure transparency and scalability
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns using an experimentation mindset
The ideal candidate brings early-to-mid level experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, with strong execution skills and a passion for data-driven growth.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs across email, webinars, paid media, and events
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle, and campaign attribution
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
