- Analyze, profile, and interpret marketing and customer datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for analytics and campaign execution.
- Identify, document, and support the resolution of data quality issues impacting marketing performance, reporting, and segmentation.
- Define and maintain business rules, data definitions, and documentation supporting marketing data governance and standardization.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear data and reporting specifications.
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data readiness activities, including validation, cleansing, and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting frameworks and dashboards used for marketing performance measurement.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives ensuring compliance, consistency, and reliability across marketing data assets.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data flows, integration logic, and overall data usability.
- Participate in testing and validation of marketing data pipelines and datasets across platforms.
- Support ongoing improvements to data processes within cloud-based environments such as Azure and Snowflake.
- Experience in data analysis, data profiling, or marketing/CRM analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data quality assessment techniques and data validation processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.
- Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for reporting and visualization purposes.
- Experience working with marketing or CRM data, ideally within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, or Microsoft Purview is an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
