Job Description

Senior Paid Media Strategist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist in Canada.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a performance-driven paid media expert to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients through strategic, data-led advertising campaigns. You will take ownership of end-to-end paid media strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. In this role, you will act as both strategist and hands-on practitioner, combining analytical depth with client-facing communication to drive meaningful business results. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and sales objectives. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly performance-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accountability and continuous optimization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B SaaS marketing and enjoys translating complex data into clear strategic insights.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of 4–7 B2B SaaS clients.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual performance and revenue targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning paid media initiatives with business objectives, KPIs, and growth goals.
  • Lead client communication, including reporting, performance updates, and executive-level presentations with clear, data-driven storytelling.
  • Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales handoff to campaign execution and activation.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Identify opportunities for testing, scaling, and improving campaign efficiency through structured experimentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, improve delivery quality, and ensure client success.
  • Maintain high standards of account organization, tracking, and documentation using tools such as CRMs and analytics platforms.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience working with B2B SaaS companies and understanding longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable results tied to MQL, SQL, and pipeline generation targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience communicating performance insights to both technical stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and disciplined execution.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning, testing, and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive compensation package with quarterly performance bonuses.
  • 5 weeks of paid time off annually.
  • Paid training and professional development opportunities, including courses, events, and conferences.
  • Flexible work schedule with structured overlap hours to support collaboration.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for eligible Canadian employees.
  • Exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS clients and impactful marketing programs.
  • Strong culture focused on performance, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Highly rated workplace culture with strong employee satisfaction.
