- Support direct mail and gifting programs that enhance prospect outreach and nurture strategies, ensuring alignment with broader demand generation initiatives and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute webinars in collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing end-to-end processes including registration flows, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up sequences to generate pipeline.
- Partner with marketing operations to maintain campaign structure and governance, including workflow management, naming conventions, and template standardization to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate with events and partnerships teams to support field marketing initiatives through pre-event promotion, live engagement communications, account targeting, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Create and distribute acquisition-focused email content such as newsletters and campaign roundups designed to engage prospects and drive conversion.
- Publish and maintain landing pages and event pages that support demand generation efforts, ensuring strong UX and optimized lead capture performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, form fills, meeting bookings), document insights, and continuously refine testing strategies to improve outcomes.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or demand generation environments focused on pipeline and new customer acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in email marketing, including segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance optimization based on data insights.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and conversion-oriented content for emails, landing pages, and prospect communications.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as webinar tools such as Zoom.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and testing roadmaps simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with demand generation, digital marketing, content, events, and partnerships teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to niche industries such as landscaping, arboriculture, and field-service operations.
- Competitive compensation package with a Canada-based salary range of CAD 75,000 – 90,000.
- Comprehensive benefits coverage including drug, dental, and mental health support through employer-funded health plans.
- Retirement savings support with RRSP matching contributions.
- Unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, and a company-wide winter break for rest and recovery.
- Flexible remote-first work environment promoting autonomy and work-life balance.
- Career development support including training resources, learning opportunities, and growth conversations.
- Additional benefits such as health spending accounts, disability and life insurance coverage, and wellness-focused support.
