- Plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic marketing channels.
- Support SEO and AI-driven search optimization initiatives, including keyword research, technical SEO improvements, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
- Design and manage growth experiments, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Develop and utilize AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign creation, content production, creative testing, and performance reporting.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and improve acquisition efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize customer acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Manage social media activities and engage with relevant online communities to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success building, managing, and scaling customer acquisition channels with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and applying experimentation frameworks to improve marketing performance.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, search optimization, and content-driven growth strategies.
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and leveraging automation to improve marketing workflows.
- Highly curious, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and test new approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with coding or technical skills that support marketing experimentation is considered an asset.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels is preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from CAD $74,600 to $119,400, based on experience and qualifications.
