This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr UX Researcher in Canada.

Join a high-impact product team where user insights directly shape the future of enterprise security solutions. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, uncovering meaningful opportunities to improve complex digital experiences across password and secrets management products. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you will transform research findings into strategic recommendations that influence roadmap decisions and product direction. This position offers significant ownership, visibility, and autonomy within a fast-paced environment that values action, critical thinking, and measurable outcomes. You'll tackle challenging usability and workflow problems while helping create intuitive experiences for both administrators and end users. If you're passionate about driving business and product decisions through evidence-based research, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead UX research initiatives across password management and secrets management experiences, acting as the primary advocate for customer needs and perspectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and investigate high-impact opportunities and usability challenges affecting both administrator and end-user workflows.
  • Conduct end-to-end research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, selecting the most effective approach for each business question.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that directly influence product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define problems, validate solutions, and ensure customer needs remain central throughout the development process.
  • Challenge assumptions, advocate for evidence-based decision-making, and contribute strong perspectives during product discussions.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear narratives that drive alignment and action across cross-functional teams.
  • Independently manage multiple research projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and strategic impact.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams to ensure research findings are understood, valued, and effectively implemented.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of UX research experience supporting complex enterprise, B2B, or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success influencing product decisions, strategy, and prioritization through user research and customer insights.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and complex administrative workflows.
  • Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity-related domains such as password management, secrets management, credential lifecycle management, or access control workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while balancing research rigor with business and product timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and navigate differing opinions.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted research tools or methodologies to improve research efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and synthesis skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and focus on outcomes that deliver measurable value.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with confidence to challenge assumptions and advocate for user-centered solutions.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Flexible and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development.
  • High level of ownership and influence over product direction.
  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to complex enterprise technology challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace committed to equity and belonging.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with experienced Product, Design, and Engineering professionals.
  • Meaningful work that contributes to improving cybersecurity experiences for global users.
  • Remote work opportunities and work-life balance support.
