This role is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced UX research leader passionate about shaping user-centered product strategy through evidence-based insights.
You will lead both generative and evaluative research across complex digital products, helping teams deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

- Lead mixed-methods UX research initiatives across product areas such as mobile and privacy-focused experiences, delivering actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
- Translate complex user behavior, technical constraints, and business requirements into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketing teams to identify high-impact research opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring continuous integration of research findings.
- Contribute to research excellence by mentoring peers, shaping best practices, and supporting responsible use of AI in research workflows.
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX research within consumer technology or digital product environments.
- Proven expertise in leading both generative and evaluative research across multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
- Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing) and quantitative approaches (survey design, data interpretation).
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining research impact.
- Strong analytical thinking and judgment in prioritizing research initiatives and making trade-off recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI tools in research workflows, with the ability to critically assess outputs and apply them responsibly.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders through insights.
