This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-native product development within a high-growth technology environment.
The successful candidate will own the complete product creation cycle, from discovery and specifications to prototypes, production releases, and measurable outcomes.
Focused on inventory optimization, this position directly impacts supply chain efficiency, fulfillment performance, and customer experience.
You will combine product leadership, technical fluency, and AI-powered development capabilities to build impactful solutions at scale.
Working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, you will help redefine how products are imagined, built, and delivered.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, values speed, and takes ownership from strategy through execution.

Accountabilities:

The Senior AI Product Builder will lead end-to-end product development initiatives, leveraging AI tools and technical expertise to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires strong ownership of business outcomes, close collaboration with engineering teams, and the ability to transform complex problems into actionable products.

  • Own the complete product lifecycle, including AI-assisted discovery, requirements definition, prototyping, production delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives, including forecasting, inventory placement, replenishment decisions, and merchant-facing workflows.
  • Conduct customer research and leverage AI tools to synthesize insights from user feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Define product requirements, technical specifications, business rules, data contracts, and success metrics with a high level of precision.
  • Analyze product performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish measurable goals and decision criteria.
  • Partner with engineering teams during architecture discussions, evaluating solutions and making informed build-versus-buy-versus-defer decisions.
  • Develop AI-assisted prototypes and review generated code to ensure alignment with technical architecture and business objectives.
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap focused on business impact, speed of execution, and customer value.
  • Drive experimentation, measure results, and make informed rollout or discontinuation decisions based on data.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a product-focused technical leader with experience building technology solutions, strong AI tool proficiency, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, software development, or a comparable role with demonstrated hands-on AI tool usage.
  • Proven ability to create detailed product specifications that AI development tools can execute, including workflows, business rules, edge cases, and technical requirements.
  • Strong technical understanding, including the ability to read data models, evaluate API contracts, and assess AI-generated code quality.
  • Experience shipping working prototypes or production software, beyond traditional product documentation or design concepts.
  • Strong outcome ownership skills, including defining success metrics, setting thresholds, and measuring post-launch impact.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, or e-commerce technology is highly valuable.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, V0, Figma AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, TypeScript, or comparable technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment systems, or multi-node optimization is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $151,080 - $251,800 annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for additional performance-based compensation through a discretionary bonus program.
  • Remote work flexibility across eligible U.S. states.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage.
  • Paid maternity and parental leave programs.
  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
  • Wellness days to support employee wellbeing.
  • 401(k) matching program.
  • Comprehensive benefits package supporting health, financial security, and professional growth.
  • Access to AI and productivity tools designed to enhance innovation and efficiency.
  • Opportunities to work in a high-performance, collaborative environment with strong career development support.
