- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market, focusing on companies with hiring and organizational needs.
- Engage with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their talent and team structure challenges.
- Present and position recruitment and people solutions in a consultative and value-driven way.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.
