This role sits at the core of a data-driven CRM operation, ensuring that customer communication is precise, scalable, and powered by high-quality data. You will act as the technical and operational reference within the CRM team, connecting data, marketing technology, and automation to enable smarter customer journeys. Your work will directly impact how customer bases are structured, segmented, and activated across multiple channels. You will help elevate the maturity of CRM operations, ensuring processes are efficient, reliable, and built for scale. This is a strategic role that combines hands-on execution with architectural thinking in marketing operations and data governance.
- Ensure governance and quality of customer data across CRM/CDP systems, maintaining consistency, enrichment, and a healthy data lifecycle.
- Design, build, and optimize advanced segmentation structures to support campaigns, journeys, and personalization strategies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation, including generative AI tools, prompts, and agents to increase operational efficiency.
- Map, document, and improve CRM and marketing operations workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and technical robustness of the Martech stack.
- Act as a technical partner to leadership, translating business needs into scalable CRM and data solutions.
- Support the evolution of CRM operations by improving processes, reducing manual work, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between data, tools, and business strategy to maximize customer engagement and lifecycle value.
- Solid experience in CRM Operations or Marketing Operations, with strong focus on data, backend marketing processes, and operational structure.
- Strong background in data governance, segmentation logic, and customer base quality management.
- Practical experience applying AI tools (including generative AI, LLMs, or automation frameworks) to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code tools for system integration and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to question processes and improve operational flows.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- High autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- (Differential) Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
- (Differential) Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, dashboards, and advanced data analysis.
