This Operations Analyst role sits at the heart of large-scale online training programs focused on data, AI, and digital skills development across global audiences. You will support the execution and optimization of live learning programs that serve hundreds of learners simultaneously in a remote-first environment. The role blends operations, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth program delivery from admissions through live instruction. You will work closely with program managers, instructors, and cross-functional teams to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency. This position requires strong coordination skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. - Support the setup, launch, and operational management of live online training programs, including admissions workflows, application processes, and instructional staffing coordination
- Collaborate with program managers, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure smooth execution of data science and analytics programs
- Monitor learner pipelines, support enrollment processes, and assist with marketing, Q&A sessions, and applicant engagement activities
- Provide real-time support to learners, instructors, and teaching assistants to ensure a high-quality learning experience
- Conduct operational and performance analysis on program data to identify insights across cohorts, regions, and delivery channels
- Execute ad hoc projects related to program improvement, experimentation, and operational scaling
- Support live class operations, including managing synchronous online sessions (typically on Saturdays) and ensuring seamless delivery
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, program coordination, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences and learner groups
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Zoom is a plus
- Customer service mindset with experience supporting users or clients preferred
- Ability to work aligned with US East Coast hours, including occasional weekend (Saturday) operations
