This role is focused on bridging business needs and technical implementation within complex Salesforce environments, acting as a key functional reference for high-impact digital transformation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. The position involves hands-on participation in functional configuration, solution validation, and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute directly to ensuring that implementations align with business processes, industry best practices, and Salesforce standards. The environment is collaborative, agile, and innovation-driven, with strong exposure to enterprise-level clients and multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystems. • Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, working with Communications Cloud and supporting functional design and implementation activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Salesforce implementation.
• Support functional configuration within Salesforce, including flows, objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, and declarative automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine solutions and ensure alignment with business and platform requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, functional alignment, and delivery planning.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and meet client business process requirements.
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities to ensure successful delivery.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or in similar roles within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional business requirements.
• Experience working on Salesforce projects in complex corporate environments.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Telecom industry solutions) is highly desirable.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and structured working style.
