Better Collision Centers just entered the Myrtle Beach market. We have the building. We're building the rest, and we need a leader to build it with us.
This is an entrepreneurial role. You won't walk into an established operation. You'll walk into a foundation, a small team we've been hiring over the last few weeks, and the chance to shape what this shop becomes.

The Role
You'll run our Myrtle Beach shop. Lead and grow the team. Schedule production and teach others to do the same. Earn customer trust. Represent Better Collision in a market where we are just getting started. You'll have regional support when you need it and autonomy when you don't.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
- Ability to be present on the shop floor and work safely in a production environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of conditions.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.
