ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

• Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.

Assistant General Manager (AGM) qualifications:

• Enjoys working with employees and Guests.
• Has the ability to learn and perform every function well.
• Be accurate.
• Be organized.
• Has a sense of urgency.
• Has great Guest service skills.
• Be able to motivate employees.
• Has computer skills.
• Be ServSafe® certified (or locally recognized certification).
• Lead by example.
• Ability to become general manager.

Assistant General Manager duties:

• Performs General Manager's duties in General Manager's absence.
• Supervises the operation of the restaurant and directs and coordinates all staff.
• Receives and checks in all deliveries.
• Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed.
• Supervises door-hanging crews.
• Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction.
• Makes sure restaurant is kept clean.
• Dispatches orders to drivers.
• Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
