Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description:Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! As a member of Human Resources this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and offering applicants to fill open positions while being accountable for meeting the hiring goals of the Department. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to recruit and hire for Maryhaven’s open positions. Must be able to follow legal requirements of talent acquisition, selection and hiring guidelines and any record keeping and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree and experience in recruitment
- Must have at least one year experience with a talent management tracking system
- Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition legal requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, and strong ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative
