About This Position
We are looking for a positive, energetic, entry level Recruitment Specialist who is committed to supporting the organizations immediate needs, as well as our strategic long-term plans for continued growth and success, by sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find just the right fit. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with potential hires. Key Qualifications for Success in this Role:
Experience with full cycle recruiting or similar role and knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Positive, professional attitude.
Highly organized and focused.
Experience using social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Ability to understand the different roles within the organization and coordinate with leadership to identify hiring needs.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to post jobs, source qualified candidates, access their data, including resumes and contact information, and manage the screening, interview, and selection process.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and Zoom.
Compensation:
Starting wage is 40,000.00 annually with an excellent benefit package, as well as goal-oriented incentives and the opportunity for growth for driven individuals.
