We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Review, screen & interview Clinical Support applicants
• Make recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage job postings & candidate communications
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, & 45-day check-ins
• Support hiring events & track recruiting metrics
• Source candidates via networking, social, CRM & job boards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years HR/recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma/GED required; HR/Business degree preferred
• HR Software Skills: ATS, HCM, CRM, Microsoft Office
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification desirable
