Job Description

Safety Express Ltd, an Aramsco Company, has been serving its clients for over 35 years in the Abatement, Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning and Surface Preparation market. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic team player for our Esteam location that values innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction.

OBJECTIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will spearhead sales initiatives, focusing on lead generation, closing deals within assigned market, and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Create and implement annual and monthly sales strategies for your market.
  • Collaborate with branch team to meet sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Create innovative strategies, proposals, and action plans to engage new and existing customers, ensuring competitive pricing and enhanced profitability.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns to tailor sales approaches effectively.

Customer Service and Relationship Building:

  • Process orders for new and existing customers, identifying their needs and upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to customers through calls to boost sales and margins.
  • Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and video to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

CRM Management and Communication:

  • Keep daily updates in the Esteam Customer Note Files, documenting all customer interactions.
  • Aim for at least 30 customer interactions daily, focusing on prospecting and account management.
  • Monitor open and back orders, coordinating with team members as needed.

Market Research and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate with branch team to address customer needs promptly.
  • Share best practices and successful strategies with the Esteam Team.

Industry Engagement and Product Promotion:

  • Represent Esteam Manufacturing at industry events and tradeshows when required. (Travel to the USA maybe required)
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to develop targeted promotions.
  • Communicate new product and services opportunities with Esteam Team for further investigation.

Administrative Duties and Compliance:

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards consistently.
  • Align with the Senior Manager on personal development goals.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry products (professional cleaning & restoration, etc.).
  • Experience with outbound sales calls via phone, email, and video platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in administrative sales functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Capability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Activities may include walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and sitting.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to read labels.
  • Ability to lift heavy items may be required.
