Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 annual salary depending on experience

Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up on marketing-generated inquiries.

Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to educate prospects on solutions and value propositions.

Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings and market trends.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.

Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and outside sales teams to optimize the sales process.

Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends to marketing and product teams.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of inside sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Business degree preferred but not required.
