About This Position
Position Summary
The Summer Student will report to the VP, Asset Management and is responsible for providing reliable, timely, and efficient support in delivery of assigned asset management projects.
Responsibilities
- Support detailed asset / fund level financial analysis
- Update property and fund level models to forecast cash flow and return projections
- Conduct market research and prepare presentations to support key strategic decisions
- Assist with standardizing models and reporting templates
- Provide periodic administrative / analytical support to other Crown teams / projects as required
Education & Experience Requirements
- College or university degree in progress ideally focused on real estate, finance, business, economics or math
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Argus and utilization of AI tools
- Access to a vehicle with valid driver's license is a nice to have

- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build, update, and maintain financial models
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and standardization across models and reporting Strong written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Supports teamwork environment with positive and professional attitude
- Open to learning, developing new skills/knowledge
- Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively Demonstrates integrity in decision making, listening, treatment of others
