ACO, Inc. Human Resources Recruiter Position Description

RECRUITER SUMMARY:

Leads full-cycle recruiting across multiple manufacturing sites, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process aligned with ACO’s values.

HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and attract candidates by identifying skilled workers through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and industry networking events.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews; perform initial screenings and assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, production needs, and workforce planning goals.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and position postings
  • Manage candidate pipeline of robust potential candidates for current and future production roles, ensuring timely access to talent as needs arise.
  • Utilize recruitment technology (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate tracking.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • Track metrics and report on hiring process including time to hire, cost per hire, source of hire to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends including labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies and manufacturing sector developments to advise on effective recruiting practices.
  • Ownership of new employee swag distribution.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities.
  • Occasionally required to drive.
  • Must be able to travel. (20%)
