Position Profile
Coordinates employee onboarding activities to support a seamless new hire experience and effective hiring process. This role manages pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, HR orientation logistics, system data entry, and compliance-related processes. Serves as a resource to applicants, new hires, managers, and internal partners while ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and a positive candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinates weekly HR orientations.
- Greets department visitors and answers calls.
- Provides quality administrative support.
- Maintains and enhances professional skills.
- Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum two years progressive administrative support experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter.
- Ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Human Resource experience.
