As an Events Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of a global events portfolio within an innovative robotics and technology environment.

- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of major industry conferences, trade shows, executive events, customer summits, and other strategic activations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar, coordinating timelines, priorities, resources, and budgets across multiple programs.
- Manage event vendors, including booth designers, builders, logistics providers, and other external partners, while negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate event travel, accommodations, staffing, schedules, on-site operations, and other logistical requirements.
- Plan and execute product launches and experiential events designed to generate customer engagement, media attention, and industry visibility.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver live robotics and hardware demonstrations, coordinating technical logistics, safety requirements, staging, and demonstration scripts.
- Develop engaging event environments and experiences that clearly communicate complex technology, products, and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with Communications, PR, Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader campaigns.
- Manage guest lists, VIP experiences, press access, executive participation, speaking engagements, and panel appearances.

- Brief internal teams and executives on event objectives, logistics, messaging, schedules, and responsibilities.
- Track event performance, ROI, budgets, and post-event results, providing actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new event opportunities that support business growth and strengthen market presence.
- 6+ years of professional experience in event management, ideally within B2B technology, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale trade shows, conferences, corporate events, product launches, or experiential activations from concept through execution.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and operational planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with engineers, executives, customers, partners, vendors, and media.
- Experience using event management platforms and marketing technologies such as Cvent, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and build structure in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with live technology, robotics, automation, logistics technology, or other complex hardware demonstrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with PR and media engagement at events is advantageous.
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
- Competitive salary: Anticipated base salary range of $96,000–$124,000 USD, with final compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, knowledge, and skills.
