Electrical Business Development Manager in Abbeyville, Colorado at The Archetype Strategy

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is seeking an experienced Division 26 Electrical Sales Lead to drive business development and revenue growth within the electrical construction and data center market.

This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with electrical contractors, general contractors, data center developers, construction managers, and other industry partners that require skilled electrical labor for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical construction and an established network within the commercial, industrial, or data center construction industry.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for AIS's Division 26 workforce solutions.
• Identify and pursue new electrical construction customers and projects.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, general contractors, project executives, procurement teams, and construction managers.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, industry events, and existing relationships.
• Identify upcoming data center and electrical construction projects before labor needs arise.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales process.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand project scope, manpower requirements, schedules, and labor challenges.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and workforce solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing new accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Work closely with recruiting and operations to ensure AIS can successfully fulfill customer workforce requirements.

• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience within electrical construction, electrical contracting, staffing, or workforce solutions strongly preferred.
• Data center construction experience is highly preferred.
• Established relationships with electrical contractors and/or general contractors is a major advantage.
• Demonstrated history of generating new business and closing accounts.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand construction scopes and translate customer needs into workforce requirements.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.
