Job Description
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring a LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist to join the dynamic team of providers already in place providing exceptional patient care at the El Dorado Springs Medical Center in El Dorado Springs, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
- Status: Full-time
- Work Shift: Days
- Hours: Set your own schedule with compensation based on production! A minimum of 80 sessions are expected to be completed each month.

What Your Day Looks Like: Working in our local school district so that parents and guardians are relieved from bringing students into the clinic for ongoing therapy services. Referrals come from teachers, school counselors, primary care physicians and parents.
You will be:
- Completing patient intakes, assessments, and one-on-one therapy sessions lasting between 30 minutes and one hour
- Providing counseling for problems such as ADHD, OCD, ODD and other behavioral issues, as well as providing treatment for anxiety/depression, loss/grief, anger and trauma
- Participating in crisis and risk assessments at schools' or providers' requests
- Referring patients to additional community services and resources as deemed appropriate
- Entering documentation in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Education: MSW from a CSWE accredited Social Work program, or a Masters/Doctorate Degree in Psychology
- Experience: 1-3 years of behavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum)
- Skills: Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication, time-management, organization
- Licensure/Certification: LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist. We are unable to consider PLPCs at this time.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time
