This is a senior strategic leadership opportunity focused on helping ambitious brands identify and activate new paths to growth.
You will shape brand visions, positioning, and strategies that translate into meaningful business and commercial outcomes.
The role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on involvement across campaigns, products, experiences, and emerging opportunities.
You will serve as a trusted partner to senior client leaders while collaborating closely with creative, technology, product, data, and other disciplines.
Internally, you will elevate strategic capabilities by leading teams, developing talent, and establishing effective approaches to strategy development.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with opportunities to influence major client engagements and broader strategic thinking.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategist who brings strong commercial judgment, creativity, thought leadership, and the ability to turn complex challenges into compelling growth strategies.
- Shape strategic visions and growth trajectories for brands through audience understanding, market and competitive analysis, cultural insights, and creative ideation.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, including brand definition, architecture, positioning, and related strategic frameworks.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable directions across campaigns, products, experiences, messaging, content, and emerging innovations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing strategic brand directions that address meaningful business and customer opportunities.
- Define opportunities, insights, and strategic frameworks that enable creative partners to deliver work with measurable commercial impact.
- Build and improve internal processes that make strategy development more effective, consistent, and scalable.
- Develop compelling points of view on relevant cultural, business, technology, and industry topics to inform client thinking and strategic development.
- Lead strategy development while coaching and mentoring other strategists to strengthen their capabilities and quality of work.
- Manage and support teams of business, brand, and creative strategists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, influence decision-making, and identify opportunities to deepen strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to growth and new business initiatives, including developing strategic approaches and participating in pitches.
- Collaborate across data, creative, technology, and product disciplines to develop integrated strategies and larger, more impactful ideas.
- 12+ years of experience driving strategy and creative work across traditional, digital, AI, experiential, or similarly diverse environments.
- Extensive experience developing brand and business strategies that influence a broad ecosystem, including campaigns, messaging, employee engagement, organizational alignment, content, and product strategy.
- Strong expertise in core brand strategy disciplines, with the ability to move seamlessly from strategic definition and architecture into practical activation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that connect creative thinking with measurable business and commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience partnering with, influencing, and presenting to senior client executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas compelling and actionable.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across creative, data, technology, product, and other disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, or mentoring strategists and building high-performing strategic teams.
- A strong appetite for learning, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in new businesses, industries, markets, and emerging opportunities.
- Strong strategic judgment, creativity, and vision, combined with the ability to move from big-picture thinking to hands-on execution when required.
- Experience supporting growth and new business efforts, including strategic contributions to pitches and partnership development.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities evolve and strategic leaders are expected to bring clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Competitive salary range of $200,000–$220,000 USD.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
