This role is an opportunity to shape the future of secure software ecosystems by building deep technical partnerships with leading technology platforms.
You will sit at the intersection of solutions engineering, product innovation, and strategic alliances, helping partners integrate secure-by-default solutions into their offerings.
The position combines hands-on technical expertise with relationship management, enabling joint solutions that create measurable value for customers.
You will collaborate with engineering teams, product leaders, and go-to-market stakeholders to design integrations, reference architectures, and partner enablement strategies.

You will have significant ownership in a fast-growing environment where technical creativity, initiative, and customer impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

The Partner Solutions Engineer, Technology Alliances will own the technical development and success of strategic technology partnerships by creating integrations, enabling partner teams, and translating business objectives into practical technical solutions.

  • Design, develop, and support technical integrations with technology alliance partners, including cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, container ecosystems, security platforms, and developer tooling providers.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver partner-facing APIs, plugins, integrations, and joint technical solutions.
  • Create reference architectures, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution patterns that showcase how combined technologies solve customer challenges.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned alliance partners, aligning engineering teams around integration priorities, roadmaps, and technical requirements.
  • Develop technical enablement materials such as documentation, workshops, playbooks, and architecture guides for partner and internal field teams.
  • Support marketplace and co-selling initiatives by managing technical requirements for cloud marketplace listings and partner-led opportunities.
  • Represent partner needs internally by communicating feedback, technical blockers, integration opportunities, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, AI-driven development trends, cloud-native ecosystems, and software supply chain security practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong technical partnership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate between engineering teams and business stakeholders. You should be comfortable building integrations, explaining complex technical concepts, and driving collaborative initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Alliances, Partner Engineering, or a similar technical partnership role.
  • Experience designing or supporting technical integrations involving APIs, SDKs, plugins, automation workflows, or marketplace solutions.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Go, or Bash for building demonstrations, integrations, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with container and Kubernetes ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and software supply chain security concepts.
  • Experience working with artifact repositories, developer workflows, package distribution systems, or related infrastructure tooling.
  • Ability to act as a technical bridge between multiple engineering organizations and align teams around shared goals.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting technology alliances, ISV partnerships, cloud marketplaces, or partner go-to-market programs is preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, technical summits, conferences, and business reviews.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $166,000 - $195,000 USD.
  • On-target earnings opportunity ranging from approximately $237,142.86 - $320,000 USD with a 70/30 compensation split.
  • Flexible, remote-first culture with opportunities for team meetups, destination summits, and coworking support.
  • Equity opportunities through stock options upon hire and promotion, with extended exercise periods.
  • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible paid time off policy to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Paid parental leave, including dedicated time for growing families.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, technical leadership, and career development within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Collaborative culture built around ownership, trust, customer focus, and continuous learning.
