Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Senior Solution Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Senior Solution Architect based in United States.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Senior Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale finance and supply chain solutions, helping organizations optimize their business processes through modern ERP capabilities.
This role combines strategic consulting, technical leadership, and hands-on architecture to ensure successful implementation and long-term solution value.
You will collaborate with customers, project teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and effective solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to influence best practices, guide implementation strategies, and contribute to innovative digital transformation initiatives.
You will play a key role in customer engagements, solution design, training, and presales activities while working in a collaborative remote environment.

Accountabilities:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for providing technical vision, solution leadership, and implementation expertise across finance and supply chain transformation projects. The role requires strong collaboration skills, customer focus, and the ability to guide teams through complex ERP initiatives.

  • Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions aligned with customer objectives, business processes, and technical standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications, ensuring scalable and secure architecture.
  • Lead solution implementation activities, including configuration, customization, integrations, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution.
  • Oversee integrations between ERP platforms and other enterprise applications while ensuring data consistency, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating resources, timelines, deliverables, and implementation priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs, implementation approaches, and best practices.
  • Support presales activities by contributing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and customer discussions.
  • Identify operational risks, recommend improvements, and develop strategies to optimize finance and supply chain processes.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics technologies, industry trends, and emerging practices to continuously enhance solution capabilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM professional with a strong background in enterprise solution architecture, ERP implementations, and customer-facing consulting. You should combine technical expertise with strong communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

  • 9+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing successful Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, integrations, and enterprise system design.
  • Experience leading implementation teams and providing technical guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Experience conducting customer workshops, training sessions, and solution presentations.
  • Dynamics 365 F&SCM development certification preferred.
  • Functional training and/or certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
