The Role: An Elementary School Teacher lays the foundation for students' college and life success. They are considered lead teachers and content experts, responsible for teaching all subjects such as Math, ELA, Social Studies, and Science. The school uses various instructional methods, such as small group work, co/parallel teaching, whole group teaching, and one-on-one student support. Classroom teachers receive support from paraprofessionals, a special education teacher, and administration as needed.
