Location: Bentonville, Los Angeles, Chicago, Minneapolis | Hybrid/Remote

Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in helping PLTFRM scale by hiring top talent across all companies. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and close candidates across sales, operations, technology, analytics, and corporate functions.

You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake through offer—while driving a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings a proactive, data-informed approach to hiring.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

Own and lead the full end-to-end recruitment process for roles across all PLTFRM companies and departments, from job intake through written offer.Partner with the VP of People and Culture to develop, execute, and continuously refine recruiting strategies aligned to business growth, workforce planning, and organizational goals.Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent for short and long term needs.Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality, urgency, and candidate experience.Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

Act as a talent expert, providing valuable assessments and insights based on knowledge of the talent pool.Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, forecast hiring needs, define success profiles, and drive efficient hiring decisions.Drive strong hiring manager engagement, accountability, and interview excellence throughout the recruiting process.Ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experiences across the organization.Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through verbal offer acceptance, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and a positive hiring journey.Ensure personalized and timely engagement for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen PLTFRM’s presence in competitive talent markets.Represent PLTFRM professionally with candidates, external partners, and at recruiting events as needed.Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

Own all recruiting data and reporting, leveraging tools like ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others to its fullest capacity. Support vendor relationships as needed.Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.Partner with the VP of People and Culture to continually establish best practices, sourcing standards, and interview standards.Ensure the recruiting processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs.

Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions and levels.Experience in fast-paced, high growth environments; agency, CPG, retail, or sales-driven environments strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Experience

Experience recruiting for sales, analytics, operations, or client-facing roles.Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools (ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and process optimization.
