Location: Nacogdoches Mental Health Clinic

About the Role

Burke is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (QMHP) to provide direct rehabilitative services to individuals with chronic mental illness in both clinic and community settings. This role is essential in supporting individuals on their path to recovery by delivering services aligned with individualized treatment plans and Medicaid standards.

What You'll Do

- Provide direct rehabilitative mental health services in office and community/home settings
- Deliver services in accordance with individualized treatment plans
- Travel throughout Nacogdoches, San Augustine, and Shelby Counties to serve clients
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and Center standards
- Collaborate with clinical team under the supervision of a Clinical Coordinator
- Support individuals in developing skills for independence and recovery
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree's in psychology, social work, medicine, registered nurse, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, early childhood intervention, or other Human Services discipline that meets QMHP requirements, from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle with insurable driving record
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Work Schedule

- Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional after-hours work may be required
