What You'll Do

• Guide and support newly hired employees during onboarding
• Helping new employees feel welcomed, confident, and successful
• Demonstrate company values and safety expectations
• Answer questions and provide day-to-day coaching
• Help new employees build confidence in their role
• Support teamwork and collaboration
• Communicate progress and concerns with supervisors and HR
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude'
• Serve as a role model through professionalism, attendance, and work ethic

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least one year of continuous employment with FC
• Be in good attendance standing
• Have no formal disciplinary write-ups within the past 12 months
• Demonstrate consistent safe work practices
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct
• Be recommended by your supervisor (if applicable)
