Join a high-performing consulting team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations for organizations across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain industries. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients to design and optimize supply chain processes, guide ERP transformation initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence. You'll work alongside experienced functional and technical consultants throughout every phase of the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment. - Lead and contribute to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful ERP solutions for enterprise clients.
- Analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and configure D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules to support purchasing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, trade, logistics, and related operations.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, business process analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing best-practice recommendations for supply chain optimization, warehouse management, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and standard implementation methodologies to manage project activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance on implementation methodology, solution architecture, and functional best practices.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants, solution architects, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of ERP implementation experience with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management, including at least 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading or participating in at least four full lifecycle ERP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse management, transportation management, trade and logistics, and related supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience within manufacturing or distribution environments and a strong understanding of operational workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, project accounting, or additional enterprise ERP platforms is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX certifications and industry certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, consulting, communication, and client relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver practical business solutions.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% based on client project requirements.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status required.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $81,980.50 to $172,324.25, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
