Accountabilities:

The Solutions Consultant will lead customer-focused engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that address business needs while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. This role requires ownership of project outcomes, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to connect technology solutions with strategic business goals.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and recommending solutions that improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify requirements, define opportunities, and design customized solutions using modern automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of timelines, scope, budgets, and customer expectations.
  • Develop prototypes and iterative solutions while incorporating customer feedback throughout the implementation process.
  • Validate solution designs through testing and coordinate user acceptance activities to ensure quality and business alignment.
  • Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and contribute to customer growth strategies.
  • Maintain strong project documentation, delivery standards, and operational metrics including utilization, customer satisfaction, and project performance.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve consulting methodologies.
  • Collaborate with consulting peers by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and contributing to team development initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology consultant with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping organizations modernize their processes. They should combine technical knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives.

  • 4–5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or a related customer-facing technology role.
  • Experience implementing and configuring SaaS applications or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business process optimization, workflow improvement, and change management strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies and structured delivery practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across customer, sales, and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel periodically, up to 40%, based on customer and business requirements.
