- Role: Administrator – Field Operations
- Location: On-site, South of Taylor, British Columbia
- Employment type: Short-term 1 month contract
- Overtime: per project requirements
- Additional Details: Camp available
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator – Field Operations to support an upcoming turnaround project. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations in a fast-paced field environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to field operations, including scheduling, documentation, and communications.
- Process and manage work tickets and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support onboarding processes coordination and ensure required documentation is complete.
- Monitor inventory, distribute equipment as required, and reconcile records to ensure accountability.
- Support field supervisors and branch manager with documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Perform all other administrative duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or field support role (oil & gas, energy, or construction industry experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
