What You’ll Do

Assist HVAC Technicians with installation, maintenance, and repairsLoad, unload, and organize materials and tools for daily jobsClean and prepare job sites before and after serviceLearn to diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issuesFollow safety procedures and company quality standardsSupport the team with general labour and shop dutiesAlways maintain a clean and professional appearanceAttend training sessions as required

What You Bring

Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in the HVAC tradeWillingness to learn, work hard, and take directionValid Driver’s Licence and reliable transportationAbility to work safely and effectively in various environmentsPositive attitude, punctuality, and professionalismPrevious HVAC or construction experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience and training level)Overtime and bonus opportunitiesFull benefits, paid vacation, RRSP match, tool allowance, and training support

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
