Accountabilities:

As an Account Manager, Paid Social, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategies that drive client growth, improve campaign performance, and strengthen long-term partnerships. You will combine analytical expertise, platform knowledge, and strong communication skills to deliver impactful recommendations and ensure high-quality execution.

  • Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance aligns with efficiency, growth, and budget objectives.
  • Develop platform-specific optimization strategies, particularly across Meta Ads, to improve campaign effectiveness and audience performance.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that maximize campaign impact, audience growth, and client outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic recommendations, performance insights, and client-facing communications.
  • Create compelling paid social insights, tactical plans, creative strategies, and business review materials.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurately implemented through strong quality assurance processes and responsible budget management.
  • Participate in client meetings, reporting discussions, and strategic conversations when applicable.
  • Support the development and performance management of junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze campaign data, conduct testing, and translate findings into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in paid social processes, reporting frameworks, and team capabilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings hands-on paid social expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations. You should be comfortable managing campaigns, collaborating with clients, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly with Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategy across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Experience developing audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and optimization approaches.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign formats.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to interpret performance trends and communicate clear optimization recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience contributing to client presentations.
  • Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting junior team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Preferred availability within ET, CT, or MT time zones (or ability to align with MT hours if located in PT).
