Accountabilities:

The Agentic Enterprise Engineer will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing AI-driven workflows, and ensuring successful adoption across business teams. The role requires strong collaboration skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex technologies into practical business outcomes.

  • Partner with business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to discover, define, and prioritize automation opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement intelligent, multi-step agentic workflows using modern AI automation platforms and frameworks.
  • Develop solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable productivity gains.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and transition plans to support successful adoption by business teams.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solution delivery.
  • Follow responsible AI governance processes and support compliance reviews for AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with security, IT operations, and AI teams to ensure solutions meet reliability, security, cost, and operational standards.
  • Build reusable automation patterns, share lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement across future AI initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise engineer with a strong background in automation, AI technologies, and systems integration. They should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving innovation in a collaborative environment.

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise backend systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or systems integration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience applying modern agentic AI automation solutions in production or near-production environments.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI agent solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Agents, Agent Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft data services.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and communicate solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and business functions with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot Agents, Atlassian Rovo, Claude, or similar AI platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI governance, compliance frameworks, healthcare technology, regulated industries, or data analytics environments is an advantage.
