Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant based in United States.

This role provides the opportunity to lead impactful ERP transformation projects for manufacturing and product-focused organizations.
You will work directly with clients to understand complex business needs and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions that improve operational performance.
The position combines functional expertise, consulting skills, and strategic problem-solving to guide organizations through successful implementations.
You will collaborate with project teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to design optimized workflows and systems.

Accountabilities:

The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant will lead functional implementation activities, support client success, and ensure ERP solutions align with operational goals and industry best practices. This role requires strong NetSuite expertise, consulting capabilities, and the ability to manage complex client engagements from discovery through optimization.

  • Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and manage functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes, identify requirements, and translate needs into effective system designs.
  • Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain functionalities.
  • Design scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and support long-term business objectives.
  • Support data migration activities, reporting configuration, and system integrations, including solutions using tools such as Celigo.
  • Apply NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) capabilities when relevant to client requirements.
  • Facilitate user training sessions, create documentation, and support adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing guidance, recommendations, and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage risks, timelines, and delivery quality.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced NetSuite consultant with a strong functional background and proven success delivering ERP implementations for manufacturing or product-based organizations. They should be comfortable working directly with clients, managing complex requirements, and translating business needs into effective solutions.

  • 5–7+ years of experience supporting NetSuite implementations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with manufacturing-focused NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise across core NetSuite modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain.
  • Experience leading client-facing discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing ERP environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • NetSuite Consultant Certification is preferred.
  • ARM Certification or Advanced Revenue Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Celigo integrations is a plus.
